BBK headers Need advice!!

If you are already running an o/r mid-pipe then the gains you get from going to long tubes will be minimal, may 2-3 rwhp. Definitely not enough to justify the cost of the LTs and new mid-pipe.
I saw a test on horsepower TV last year. they tested shorties and LTs on an engine dyno. The shorties gained 7 hp (crank). Their comment about the LT was that they was a little mid-range torque gained.
