Wheel Spacer Question
I have fr500 17x10.5 replicas from american muscle and i was wondering if you can run wheel spacers for better clearance. and if so which ones would fit properly?

not sure about your question BUT speaking of wheel spacers i wanna get these...

1.5 inch wheel spacers.. since im getting 18x9 saleens, they are gonna sit under the fender.. dont really like that look. I love the wide tire stance! it just makes the car absolute sex.

If you want to install a wheel spacer, you need to know how much room you have for this needed space.
I am guessing your wheels must rub on the inside of wheel well, how close are they to hitting on the finder lip? I run a set of 1/2" spacers on my 10.5" wheels (were widened to 11"s) and have zero rubbing. I have also installed new longer/stronger lug-bolts to support them along with major leage rolled fenders and lots of hammering work done on the inside, but about a 2" drop. You wont need new lugs for 1/4", but will tire now hit the other side of your fender if installed?
Take a peek at my Choosing a new tire thread and a paragraph in there on how to measure clearance for wider wheels and additional space needed. This will help you figure out what spacer will do the job and what is needed to run one.
