60ft times on Drag Radials

Nobody has mentioned tire pressure yet suprisingly. OP what psi are you running? It may be too high. On 275 M/T's I'm cutting mid 1.6's on motor with a few basic cheap suspension mods. The eibachs are def killing you, they were on my car when I bought it, I put stock cut springs back in the rear, 4 cylinder fox springs on the front.

not a joke...notice i didnt say lots of spinning. But then again maybe what i mean by dead hook is different than what your talking about, im more refering to dead hooking causeing a bog in which case chirping or even squeeling a bit off the line will be faster. I guess a true dead hook might be considered a perfect launch where you dont bog? i dont know...
Plus 1 for tire pressure. didnt even think about that...then again i run street tires.

A dead hook is what every person at the drag strips strive to do. Bogging or spinning just a little is slowing you down when compared to a dead hook. A dead hook is no spinning and no bogging off the line.
