First thing I have to do with the TA is replace the exhaust. Car is extremely loud. Longtubes, no cats, a 3" X-pipe, going into 3" powersticks and dumped before the axle. Scrapes very easily, and it's only a matter of time before I get pulled over being in SoCal and end up with a smog ref ticket.

Camaro is just sitting in my parents garage currently. Probably try to actively sell it after I move in June and hopefully have both of them at my new place. Just really have no use for it, have a company truck that I've put more miles on since getting the job about a year ago than in my Camaro that was a DD for 5 years.

WS6 is damn sexy!!! Keep tire shine on those tires at all times, tint the windows, and do something with the reflectors (black em out or buy chrome ones)
I agree , the Camaro's are so damn ugly, I dont care how fast they are. That only

means there quicker to get the Ew face. OP Nice WS6, your friend does not

sound like he knows his cars from his butt hole so dont take no advice from

him.

Just got back from my friend's house. Ran the z28 against him a few times. He discovered his GT had a couple more mods, true dual exhaust with what looked like 2.5" pipes, and a ported/polished TB. Moved out pretty well.

Really saw the disadvantage with my stock automatic tranny and 2.73 gears. Feels like it takes forever to build up steam, definitely getting a stall + gears first thing if I do anything else to this car.

First race: We were going too fast for my pos tranny, didn't kick down to first gear and I don't screw with it manually. He pulled ahead a few cars before I even got into the powerband, then traffic came up so we had to slow anyway.

2nd race: ~20 roll to ~80mph. Stayed even for a little while, then I put about 2 cars on him.

3rd race: 15-100? (My speedo is way off, so I have to estimate) Same as before, stayed even till about 40mph, then I started to walk away, 3-4 cars before I let off.

4th: 0-60. We caught a light and went on green, doubt he is use to launching the car so spun pretty bad. I'm use to launching mine so just lift and get back on it when it starts to spin. Had at least 3 cars.

Definitely fun though, funny how slow your car feels when you're going up against something with similar power. Haven't had anything but stock Civics with a fart can or lifted trucks that think they're badass try to run me in at least a year, but I do only drive my cars on the weekend at most.

He says he has a bunch of mods planned soon, so look forward to another round. WS6 is getting the exhaust done, and when I get that back sending the pcm from the z28 to get tuned for a little bump in performance, and hopefully correct the speedo.

And sorry I had a bunch of **** on my mind that I had to take with me to my parents house, remembered everything but the damn camera .
