i ran dry once in my f150. filled up with abt 3 gallons, and had a hell of a time starting it. had to keep the motor revved up when i did too, cuz the sumabitch kept dyin on me if i let off! for a whole week, every red light i went to, i had to shift to neutral and keep the rpms up! but anyway, that was years ago.

i would def replace the fuel filter if i were you, and run some concentrated fuel system cleaner, injector cleaner, etc. whatever kind you like

id look into why you blew the fuse, i can only assume it was fuel pump related...

See which fuse it was. If it was the main for the fuel pump, there could be an issue, or the fuel pump was overheating because you were so low on fuel(and climbing a hill) it was starved and not being cooled by the gas that normally surrounds it. I try not to let it ever go below 1/4 tank.

well it ran good for a day and blew another fuse put another one in and blew it to so im going to have to put a new fuel pump in what pump do yall recommend a 155 190 or 255 i have a nitrous system with the 100 jets in it now i plain on building the engine this winter and uping the jets
