return them for new ones and the sales guy said "hell no we will not
let you return those wheels for new ones".The AM sales guy got all defensive
and rude about it. Now me and my friend boycott American Muscle
and we will never give them are business again because their customer
service sucks and they don't stand behind the products they sell.

I found better luck buying my wheels from a reputable vendor on eBay.
Very ignorant post...AM has flawless customer service and is there to help everyone. Your friend probably called up and demanded that they replace the wheels and they dont warrenty them for sale damage or anything of that nature and he got ticked that they wouldnt fix something that he himself caused. And obviously you are his friend so you are gonna buy everything he tells you and you are slandering an awesome company to do business with for something you dont even know is true...unless you yourself made the phone call. So without 100% knowing all of the facts from both sides of the story, you should stop bad mouthing companies for no apparent reason other than what your friend told you happened.

Ive never dealt with AM myself, but have heard nothing but great responses from people on many different forums as well as a large group of Mustang friends out here in LA. I would never hesitate to deal with them should I need something they carry. My reason for posting is not so much to mention what has already been mentioned above but to ask people to think 50 times before you post something negative about someone's business, their livelihood, their bread and butter, their blood sweat and tears, their bread for their children....................., as 1 bad experience/unfortunate situation/MISUNDERSTANDING, can adversely affect one's business and it becomes somewhat permanent on a forum/web. No need for that negative post, especially when the OP wanted to know about what rims will fit on his car, not where or where not to buy from.

Just please don't put any rim that is off a S197 (05-up)on your car. Yes the bolt pattern is the same but the offset looks horrible on any SN95 94-04. just my .02

YOUR friend told ME that You are full of ****.....Don't badmouth a fantastic company who supports the Mustang scene more than any other vendor on the planet. There are 1,000's just on this forum alone that will put American Muscle first for nearly, if not every, aftermarket product for the Mustang community.
