Default 04 Mustang GT Suspension Question

I have a 04 Mustang GT w/ 120,000 miles (mainly highway mailes and daily driver) lightly modded (cool air, trick flow plenum, throttle boby, underdrive pulleys, 3.73 gear, SCT programmer, eibach springs).
My question is when replacing the shocks and struts is it necessary to also replace the quad shocks?
Also, I'm looking at Kyb Gas-A-Just Strut & Shock Kit With Quad Shocks for about $320.00 or Kyb Gas-A-Just Strut & Shock Kit for about $240.00.
Is this a good Strut & Shock Kit?

Get a nice set of lower control arms and pitch the quad shocks. Oh, and get bilsteins instead of KYB's.

yeah leave the quad until you get some lower control arms. Then just remove them
