That guy who autocrosses all the time on stangmods i think it is (greensteeda?) runs 1/4" spacers up front with stock studs i think... If they can handle the abuse he does to his car, i dont see why they cant handle daily driving!

It will probably work, but need to consider the thickness of the wheels at the point where the lug attaches it. If your wheels are thicker than his in this location, you will not have the same fitment specs. I don't know how you would go about finding out such dimensions, but doubt this is an across-the-board spec for all manufacturers.
