Default Flywheel Removal/Installation

For you guys that have done this before, what did you do to keep the flywheel from spinning while removing it and reinstalling it?

Using an impact wrench for loosening it makes life easy. And I don't remember the torque spec, but the last time I did it, I think I just had a buddy who was wearing some welders gloves just hold on to it.

You can also put a socket on the crank pulley up front to keep it from spinning.

I think the socket's going to be my best bet. I tried an impact gun, at around 110psi it just didn't seem to have the ***** to get the job done.
