However, I would take the weights on this list with a grain of salt. They are not independently verified and some of the weights look quite "fishy." It may be an OK list for reference, but I would definitely double check the weights before I purchased a wheel for the claimed weight on the chart.

+ eins.

the brakes on my 94 were absolutely terrible. i would have to hit the brakes with decent pressure well in advance. if someone decided to ever brake check me, i would've been fvcked.

Ya thats to bad I'm sure there is some accurate weights on that list but I don't trust it
After thinking about it some more there is no way that Ford would put a lighter wheel on the GT than they did on the Cobra in 99. I know the 99 Cobra rims weighs 21 lbs and that list says a GT rim weighs 17.5 no way that is going to happen

Still have a rim with a tire from my stock rims. I'll weigh them both and get back to you.

That would be great. I don't care what the tire weighs only worried about the rim

I know, I just don't wanna pay money to take the tire off. So I'll have to give you a total weight of wheel plus tire and i'll look up what the tire weighs.

Does anyone know how much the stock 16in pony wheels weigh. I wanna get new rims but dont want a lot of weight. are the aftermarket fr500 rims heavy?

I would like to get a 17x10 stock looing pony rim but I cant find them anywhere but late model restoration and they only have 1 left lol.
