same setup i have on my car im not sure if its optimal or not or if i would have to retune if i change the set up.

but mine is setup as such:

procharger--->pipe before intercooler with 2 bov's on it (one turboxs RFL vent to atmosphere/ one is a stock vortech bypass valve the black one) --> intercooler --> pipe to throttle body with maf sensor and diablo MAFia on it..

I'm running a Paxton Novi 1200 Supercharger at 9 pounds of boost.

I don't see your setup being something that hasn't been done before (especially in the mustang world) so when you had a problem, I don't think 2 BOV's should be your solution.

Maybe needed a better tune or different component setup, not adding a BOV. I'm glad it worked. Car sounds and looks good.
