Broke Lower Control Arm..

Alright JR, why don't you tell me the difference between, "We make WJ LCAs in the USA" and "We manufacture WJ LCAs in the USA?" Does "we" include sub contractors?
By the way, the Camaro platform is based on a Australian Holden platform design. Currently, Camaros are assembled at the GM Oshawa Car Assembly Plant in Canada. GM manufactures Camaros in a GM owned plant from sheet metal stamped at CAMI, another Canadian plant owned by GM.
GM is a manufacturer. It does not outsource manufacture of the major components of the Camaro. Even if Camaro platforms/bodies were shipped from Australia, they would have been made at the GM owned Holden plant.
How about that picture of the GMS LCA manufacturing plant with your employees cutting, bending and welding metal?

This past weekend I had one of my Granatelli Motorsports weight jacker lower control arms break in the weld also. It put the driver side rear portion of the of my foxbody on the ground while I was driving. It did quite a bit of damage too! The origional not a good product.

Can we pretty please have a picture of your USA located facility where you make WJ LCAs? You can have your welders keep their welding helmets on for the photo. No sense in embarrassing anyone.
By the way, I Googled "Maximum Motorsports LCA lower control arm fail" and the only failure I could find was a bushing failure. The MM LCAs look exactly like yours, yet they don't seem to break even though they don't have any extra gussets. How could this be?

Granatelli would be happy to replace that WJ arm if it were a Granatelli arm. I am not discounting that you only have 2 posts in total and that your picture does not appear to be a Granatelli part - noting the spring purchase and rod that supports it. Please take special care to see there is no shoulder on the tube that broke at the weld. It appears that tube is designed to accept a straight bushing. NO GRANATELLI WJ arm uses a straight poly type bushing in that location. We have machined a groove in the tube to accept our rod end style or Joey-Joint type cartridge for the past 5 years. Please send a photo of the entire WJ arms so we can see it in its entirety

Happy to help regardless of manufacturer but it would be nice to know when that part was purchased and where it ws purchased from.
