Question For The GT'ers About Exhaust
Hey im an 05 v6er and i had a question i was hoping some of you could help me with. I went dual GT's on my car and it got messed up so im trying to straighten it out. When i got work done at boubins they didnt do an h-pipe like i asked for and it just sounds horrible not to mention they couldnt even center the tip in the left opening.
What im wondering is will a stock 05-07 Mustang GT H-Pipe with Cats work on my v6? If not does anyone have an idea of what else i could do? After the exhaust got done now the brake pulsates/rattles when im at a stoplight and the exhaust clanks when i go over bumps. Any ideas? I'd appreciate it, thanks.

RE: Question For The GT'ers About Exhaust
if you dont have the exhaust meeting at anypoint REMOVE IT NOW! your causing instability in your engine by not letting the two sides of the exhaust meet (X/H Pipe) and ford wont cover your warenty when you kill your engine because you installed the wrong exhaust on your car.
there is a soulution to this problem, there is a after-market company that makes a 'dual-exhaust' look-alike that accualy just splits the sigle-exhaust near the rear (like the ricer dual exhaust), i forget who makes it but ill look around for you
