Throttle lag at 3000rpm
I have a 2007 GT 5 spd and when I slowly accel I have a little lag at about 3000 rpm. It is most noticable when the engine is cold/cool and in first gear. I do notice it in the other gears as well. It feels like the engine is misfiring. I have a granateli CAI with no tune. Does any one know what this might be and how to fix it? Thanks.

I'd get a tune for that CAI regardless. I'd like to think that a custom tune will solve most any throttle lag issue.
Remember: A CAI without a tune is like a day without sunshine...

Sometimes people can feel the CMCP opening through the powerband. I could feel mine open. There was a slight hesitation right at the 3k mark. Sometimes a tune can fix it or just get delete plates.
Also, the cold based timing on our cars is designed to let the car warm up a little before it makes full power. Keep this in mind when the caris cold.
