BBK Long Tube and Catted X Pipe problem.

BBK Long Tube and Catted X Pipe problem.
Had BBK ceramic long tube headers installed along with a BBK high flow catted x pipe.
After the install I was hearing a buzz coming from both the glove compartment and under the passenger seat.
Took the car back and they said that the pipes were probably rubbing against the axle.
Well it turns out there was a bolt I guess where the tubes connect that was very close to touching what seemed to be the frame or some other solid part of the car. (close to under the passenger seat.)
They adjusted it and I heard no more buzz.
Until yesterday. The buzzing came back
Took the car to a different shop and they showed me where it looked like the bolt had been filed down a bit to fix the rattle because the one on the passenger side was shorter than the one on the drivers side.
I also noticed that the bolt on the drivers side looked like it was straight while the bolt on the passenger looked to be angled.
I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem or how to fix it.
I'm not sure if shaving more off the bolt would help or not since the entire length of the bolt seems to be close the the solid part of the car above it which it is hitting. I am also not sure shaving any more off of it would be safe.
Wondering what I can do to fix this dang thing so it doesnt buzz.
Thanks for suggestions and help.
