Default water in oil catch can :(

I installed at procharger kit and at the same time i installed an oil catch can. This thing fills up with water. Every 500 miles i check it and its almost full. The oil has no water and the radiator fluid has no oil so i don't think its a head gasket. Is this normal? The oil fill cap on the pass valve cover gets like a chocolate milkshake when the catch can gets full but when i check the oil its clean. Any thoughts on this would help. Thanks.

Do you have any pics of this? How many miles on your engine? How is it running? Seems like you have a breach somewhere and the water/antifreeze is being captured in the can.

What's the air temperature / humidity where you are at? Did it just start doing this or has it always done it? (time of year sensitive?)

With cooler weather, there will be a lot more condensation in the crankcase when the engine is cold. If you look inside (open up the oil fill cap) and look inside, it may look like baby-**** yellow, something like this:

that would be bad, but is caused/solvable with proper crankcase ventillation.

Since you are getting a lot of water in your can, it could be a lot of condensation getting collected and removed. If you're not loosing coolant, that's probably your cause.

In the mornings its about 30-40 i dont know the humidity. I live in central cali so not that high. It didnt look like that when i didnt have the s/c but i also didnt have the catch can. The lid looks like that but not as bad. Id say probably a 1/4 as much and it only gets any when the can gets full. The oil level isnt raising and the coolant isnt lowering. I have the passenger valve cover to the oil catch can to the intake and the driver valve cover capped like the s/c instrustions said. In the morning i do have cold srart issues tho. Unless i let her warm up it will kinda pop or misfire. I figured it was a tuning issue. Once its warm its fine. The tuner said id have to leave it with him so he can data log and see what it's doing when it's cold starting.
