Is a 62mm Twin Throttle Body worth it?

Is a 62mm Twin Throttle Body worth it?
I've been doing my research and it seems that purchasing a 62mm twin throttle body (BBK, or my preference...FORD) is more worth it if you are forced induction. I only have a K&N CAI w/tune. Am I going to waste my money? If I could afford it, I'd have a supercharger under my hood but I have to be realistic. I am also looking into the STEEDA spacer. What do you guys think?

Unless you're forced induction, I would spend your money elsewhere. Your looking at most at a 5rwhp gain.
If you want a throttlebody for looks and a slight bump in response but won't cost a ton you could buy a ported and polished throttlebody from Jerry Strannigan. Flow bench tested at 13% more air flow and it looks better than stock. Doesn't require a tune and when you send him your throttlebody as a core unit you can get it for $75. Also there have been some noted problems with BBK motors failing.

I have a BBK tb in my car and honestly, when my only mods were CAI, TB, and exhaust, the biggest change was the sound not performance. But if you're planning on doing FI or cams or anything along those lines, it'll make the most out of those mods. Also, if you do go with the BBK TB, the spacer won't fit. the flaps for the inlet ducts on the TB will hit it and not open all the way.
