Not everyone can afford the upgrades that are popular on this site,ie;pro comp manifolds....superchargers....turbos....etc,etc. I wouidn't think anyone here would bash the less fortunate out of a little hp gain even if it is fleeting.
If you can afford a 2005+ mustang gt, then you can afford a $400 tuner. If you really don't have $400, then you can't afford the car.

An there is no way one would be selling their car, just cause of a mod that is out of anyones reach. Thats pretty todded. imo.

That is more reason not to do a risky mod. Why put yourself in risk of causing major engine troubles over a few horsepower? (that is all you would get)

The reason no one "chips" their Mustang is that Ford has opened up the PCM to the aftermarket and allows for many engine parameters to be adjusted via a programmer tool... throttle response, fuel trims, spark advance, etc... IMO this is the proper way to safely increase the performance of the Mustang - not fooling the computer just to get more fuel at WOT. LOL
