And moose and nuke just answered that question as an absolute. Gauge was swapped. Configuration information not carried over. So actual mileage could be 3 still, or 103000.
removal instructions
Procedure dealer or anyone with a VCM tool could do to fix the existing cluster
additional reference values for this.
It needs PMI data, otherwise it will ask for missing configuration information that should have been swapped over:
If I recall correctly, the 10+ models don't operate the same way anymore for this very reason, PATS info is stored there to deter this. It was too easy to just buy a wrecked 05-09 cluster, plug it in, and go with whatever higher or lower mileage was there.

while checking the catalogue i found that the low tire pressure is mentioned but not as TPMS only the warning lamp so are they separate?
the speedometer cluster also in the catalogue the same as mine now but 140mph while mine is 120mph
or the same as the picture attached in the 2nd tread which is also different.
i checked my car info from a website called NMVTIS which is showing nothing reported and the car as new with few mistakes
that the car is manual transmition while its auto and i saw the paper that is with the car that mentions the mpg and the price its mentioned that its an auto in the additional items
so do you suggest a good website other than this and carfax? something to be good as carfax a little bit expensive for such info or what do you think?

Thank you wayne for the idea i will try to remove the cluster and i will wait maybe someone or you can find the answer about the real mailage
I recalled the car info from a website similar to carfax and the registered miles were 3 miles only and i think it was sold to outside us as im living in saudi arabia and we dont have something like carfax to record the car activities , this is how it seems

I agree with the others rpms should be on the left and the mph on the right and my speedo goes to 140... someone had to have changed the cluster... as stated before the TPMS wasn't offered til 07 so my guess it the cluster you have is from an 07 or newer.
Did you get the car from a dealer? If so why didn't you get the carfax before you bought it? Might be worth getting it now just to see what your actual mileage may be.
