Canned or custom either way its a tune issue.

Your best bet to get it resolved is take it to a custom dyno tuner so they can look at the actual timing numbers, etc.

Yes sir, we are headed back to the shop this weekend.. I discovered another issue with something rattling. Sounds like in the belhousing.. The throw out bearing has always whined a bit but this sounds like a golf ball getting tosed around.. I would think if were in the actual drive train I would have a huge vibration but it's very tight.. Got any ideas? It doesn't do it all the time but never did it until the mods a few weeks ago.

it's pretty common with the hot rods and maybe some other cams, to hear
a little rattling. it's the slave cylinder/throwout bearing tapping the pressure
plate fingers. usually you can find an rpm where it rattles less.

I agree. I have run the hot rod cams in two of my Foose Stallions and as soon as they were installed, the clutch type rattle started. Nothing to be concerned about, just annoying to you and makes people wonder when they pull up beside you. I have had it for about 80K miles on the Foose I drive now. If you run the rpm up a little the noise will soften or go away. only problem with that is you loose the old school cam lope that you wanted when you bought the cams. I keep my idle rpm around 700-750 and live with it.
