Well based on everything said I'm leaning toward getting a shop to do it (really don't want to mess up.

So what should I expect the cost to be if I provide the heads/coils/and plugs?

well the ones in the for sale are the high flow ones, so they'll cost more than the AM ones.

I'll have to think about it.

It is my understanding the FRPP CNC High Flow Cylinder Heads have these part numbers, M-6050-463VP3 (LH) and M-6049-463VP3 (RH):

I looked it up

the ones you mention are the new spark plug design high flow heads
the ones he's selling are the "high thread" high flow heads.

so if I get the ones he's selling I wouldn't need new coils.

Did not know that. Thanks! Yes, you would not need new coils and plugs. But since you need to change heads, do you think it is a good idea to buy new ones that still have the issues associated with 16mm plugs?

Well I have a un-opened set of 8 one piece 16mm plugs.

and I will not make the mistake I made on cyl 1.
