Mix vinegar and a little bleach if the simple green doesnt work, and that should definately get it off. Just dont get on the upholestry.

there is this stuff they sell at the new car dealers including ford cant remember what its called but they usually have them on the counter of parts dept, and they have small samples it is the best stuff ive used its a paste rub on and wipe off. its a little blue container ill find out the name tomorrow.

RAZORBLADE! Thats what all car detailers use. Just put it at a 45' angle from the glass and go across the glass with it. That will take it off

auto polish the glass it will pull all the grit from the glass trust me it will work perfectly
