Just throwing this out there.
Had my 24's feeding my nitrous injected 331.
Only a 75 shot, but you still need to run fairly rich to keep things happy.

Was making around 420 at the crank with my combo on 24's

24 would be cutting it close, 30 would be just right for you, 36 is useless unless you are going to charge it or shoot no2.

i push a little over 400 to the wheels and i run 24 lb injectors, and i run juice with them too in addition to the 400.. my car ran fine with those, but they are definatly limiting my power, i would go with 30's just so yo uhave room to move around with but i wouldnt go much higher than that

Have you had it on the dyno and checked the A/F? It must be really lean.

what does that formula say when you put in 80% instead of 90? I'd go w/ 30's, b/c you'd be hard pressed to get 90% out of an injector on a regular basis.
