ur lowering springs should work my bbk did with my lakewood traction bars. i did my install with my little brother in like 2 hrs time but sounds like mine went a lot smoother

You have to put a tranny lift under the axel so that it releases the pressure.

where do i get that from?what setting do u guys use on the lakewood traction bars? there are 3

thats what it said to do for the most traction.. ok i will do that ( you cant ever have too much....also the bushings came in for the axle side of the upper control arms and they do have the metal casing if anyone needs the part number i hvae it and its only 7 bucks
