Default throttle positioning sensor

im plan on adjusting my tps tommrow and i have a chilton repair manual that says the voltage should be .20 volts and i read on a site that it should be .98-.99
any1 know the correct voltage and any pointers on adjusting it?

You might want to do all the steps for the idle setting. Hope this helps.
