Default e6 heads vs e7heads

i have both set of heads the valves are the same size what is the diff in them?

^^^Yup. Get GT40P's, they flow even better than the E7's and they're cheap.

Combustion chamber design + valve positioning....they were designed so the valves could clear the flat top pistons that came in the '86 Mustang....like the initial "twisted wedge" design from Ford. E7's, E5's, GT-40x's have better flow.
