Default summit heads

was shopping around on summit for new heads and i came across these two that cought my eye. getting eather of these would be in the place of gt40p heads so what do you think is better??/ any reason to, or not to get one or the other?? thanks

oh the world head is better than a gt40 but the springs that come on these heads are junk, keep that in mind. dont know your cam specs but the springs go into the trash bin on the day of delivery. If you do change springs, spend 75 bucks and use a titanium retainer from doug herbert. Considerable weight difference, less wear on valvetrain and will allow the engine to rev much easier.

well my buddy has a b303 cam he will sell me for 75 bucks...he has 3 of em hes a HUGE 5.0 guy so hes doing my installs as well would these 2 items work together?? and what one of the above would be better?

Also, remember those prices are for EACH head.
If you are running a 302/306 size engine, the intake runners maybe a too large no matter what cam you are running.........
