RE: water (or something) dripping
Now it doesnt just have to be your A/C on, I know its warm out now, but even if you have you defrost on it condenses up and drips right there, mine drips right on the exhaust also. If you dont smell anything then most likely its not the heater core, but keep an eye on it anyway, you never know. most likely just condensation from the last time you used the ac

+1 on the heater core. Mine did the same thing. Also, antifreeze steam started blowing out of the heater vents. I just bypassed the heater core, and forgot about it.

if it is your heater core, that is engine coolant leaking out, make sure you
keep and eye on your coolant level.

If you can find a preformed piece of heater hose in the shape of a U all you do is attach it to both pipes running down the right side of the intake and the hose is all it cost you.

thanks for the tips guys...it doesnt smell at all like coolant, it looks and smells like water (well, it doesnt smell at all i should say). i'm hoping its just condensation from the a/c or something and nothing serious, but i only drive it when its nice out so i guess if i had to bypass the heater it wouldnt be that bad.

that's what i did today, mine was pouring coolant out of the weep hole, steam everywhere out of vents. I'm glad theres a weep hole there or it would of all came out on the nice carpet.
It looks like it's going to be a cold winter
