just get autolites, theyre like 2 bucks a pop.
as far as gap, 0.052-0.056 inch or 1.3mm this is right out of my factory ford service manual. it also says to get ASF-42C spark plugs, witch is the part number i think.. thats for 5.0 SFI HO

and obviosly this is stock spec, im sure if you have a list of mods youl want a different temp and all that. but ide say just get that.
