Just wondering if I heard this right. I was at a speed shop (the owner knows his sh**) and told him that I tried to buy spark plugs for my 95 GT and ended up getting the wrong ones. When I went back to the parts store, I brought one of the plugs from my motor to make sure I got the right ones and it turns out that the plugs in my motor match the ones from a 4.6 GT. Any how, the guy told me that sometimes gear heads put 5.4 heads on 5.0s because they flow better and that could be my situation.

Anybody ever heard of this?

That's not possible, because you have 2 conflicting technologies there. The 5.0 is a pushrod engine, and the 5.4 is a modular engine, which is an overhead cam engine. There is no way that would work. The spark plugs may be the same, I don't know about that, but the heads are different.
