Ask the parts store in your area for a valve grinding kit. This kit of parts will include head gaskets, intake lower/upper gaskets, EGR gaskets, valve cover gaskets, and if you want to get into it, umbrella valve seals. I got the kit at cost because I got the connections and it was @ $72 for my 5.0 Bronco. Took me and a friend to do it in about 10 hours. If it was an internal leak, I'd suggest that you change the O2 sensor on the side that it was blown, or just change them both. Good Luck.
