I have AFR 205s on the 418 in the 85GT and AFR 185s on the 357 (351 bored .030) in the 92LX. The AFRs rock but the Trick Flow heads are as good.

Can't go wrong with either and make sure the intake is getting all the heads can breath. Port matching would help. My 92 is EFI with a Trick Flow R intake and adjustable SCT chip and tune.

You need the bumpsteer kit with the lowering you plan.

3.73 or 3.90 gears and a good set of tires will help your E.T. drastically along with learning what the car wants as far as launch RPMs and shift points.

I doubt you'll see 12's with the stock camshaft though...gotta pump what those heads can flow! Of course then you need the subframe connectors and uppers and lowers and torque box reinforcement and... and...

alright thanks for the info, my name is rich by the way n heres a little bit about my car, 03 gt 5 spd with 18x8.5 in the front, 18x9.5 rear on toyo tr1's mac long tubes, mac h pipe with high flow cats borla cat back, bbk cold air intake 70mm throttle body & plenum 3.55 rear end and custom computer chip, i was thinkin about a short throw shifter and after i get the heads i want to get a more high performance clutch then the full eibach sportline suspension kit with wheel spacers caster camber plates n ball joints one more thing but im not too sure about is the bumpsteer kit any input?...
Is that correct or is it supposed to say 93? If it's an 03, you need to look at Patriot or someone that makes heads for the mod motor.

well I am new at this 5.0 thing but My car came with the Head already done from a race shopp in Kansas city misouri, and the paper work is at the owners dads house. I got to see the price and it was 1100 dollars worth of work like the owner told me. plus I got some flow tech long tubes, which are already powder coated and never put on. It as a great deal , plus i ahve know the guy for a good amount of time..
