Better is a relative term. They flow roughly 6 cfm more on the intake @ .500 and are down 4 cfm on the exhaust compared to a Twisted Wedge. And that's comparing a 192cc head to a 170cc head. Both heads will have about the same potential, but the TW will be a little less hassle on parts.

If you're buying an aftermarket block, go 351W based and a big bore block from Dart.
