Default 94-94 belt trick

hey guys. Has anyone tried this with thier serpentine belts on a 94/95 5.0? I used to do something like this on all my 87-93's. The only trick is finding the right length belt. So I was hoping someone could save me some running around and tell me what length belt they used. anyone?

take a piece of string, wind it thorugh the pattern your looking for and measure it, then go to auto parts strore and buy 5 of them that are close to that dimension and try those and return the other 4.
