Freakin' skip under load!

Freakin' skip under load!
Says it all! If I'm in 5th gear and excellerate moderate to hard I get a skip..... the hole time I got it mashed.
The rest of the time it is okay, during low gear "throttle cable tension testing" it doesn't miss a beat.
Tuned it up(plug wires, rotor, cap, test tps...). I have not replaced plugs as they are not to old.
She's stock also. '90GT
Any ideas would be great.

I had that in my favorites from a long time ago, see if that helps any. Sorry, but i cant seem to get my brain to work right now to give you an answer...if only i could drive the car
