TFS-51400002 (non o-ringed) heads are with lower pressure valve spings for cams with .540 lift max so, this will be fine for the stage 1 cam. If you plan to put a cam larger then .600" lift then the TFS-51400004 head is what you want. Nice combo BTW.

Ok here we go, I'll give you the run down on all of these. Theres 4 twisted wedges to choose from. 2 of them are O-ringed, so unless you plan on getting your block machined for them because you're running high boost or whatever then you don't need those. The part numbers for those are:
TFS-51400003 and TFS-51400005, the difference between these is the TFS-51400005 has dual valve springs and also has 7/16 rocker studs, which is for high lift applications .600 vs .540 on the 51400003's. Stock rocker studs are 3/8 by the way.

TFS-51400002 is probably what you want, its what I have. It's the same thing as above (single spring w/ 3/8's stud rocker) just without the o-ringed head.
TFS-51400004 is the one with the dual springs and 7/16's stud rocker but without the o-ring.

Like I said your rockers are probly 3/8 if they're stock, so like I said, TFS-51400002 is probably what your looking for.

Pedestal rockers won't work with stud mount heads. You need 3/8 stud mounted RR's and hardened push rods, probably 6.700" long.
The heads already come with guide plates and studs. Lifter preload adjustment is also different between pedestal ans stud mounted RR's.

most aftermarket heads can be bought both ways.

just have to ask for the version you want. pedestal or stud.
