Default STUPID FUEL LINES

Aright I have a '94 GT and i guess someone cut the fuel lines before i got it (got it with no intake) now I need the little couplings with O-Rings to connect the nylon fuel lines into the fuel rail. I have steel fuel lines from a fox body with the o-ring couplings. Can I just cut the steel line, and patch in some fuel line to connect the two? or would that be a bad idea? I went to dealerships, auto parts stores, and no one has what i need. So i don't know what to do...

Default RE: STUPID FUEL LINES

how are you proposing splicing the two? FI cars see some pressure, so youre "just patching" idea might last all of 10 seconds unless you have a good way of splicing the two.
