If they lied, yes, but if it just isn't what you expected, and they didn't lie, it is yours. I recomend looking at it before you bid if you can. Feedback is the only thing that keeps ebay going and I pay close attention to it...it is the only way you know who you are buying from.

Yes I test drove it and inspected it before I handed over the money. I drove 8 hours to get this car and then another 8 back so you bet I was checking everything on it.
ORIGINAL: blackride

I bought my car on ebay, see pic below. Had 48,000 original miles on it, great car!

Did you test drive it before you got it?

I'd try Auto-Trader.com also. Lotsa cars there and no auction.
I'd also get ready to do some 'Car-Fax'......

I've sold cars, motorcycles, tractors, and many many car parts on ebay. I've even bought two motorcycles, one I was unable to inspect beforehand but ended up fine. I personally would never buy anything of value signt unseen. The motorcycle I bought and only put down a small deposit and was willing to walk away if not as described upon pick up. There are a lot of honest people out there but then there are a few who will s*@w you without thinking twice.
