warm start
So recently everytime i start my car in the morning it fires right up and sounds nice, but when ever i get her warm (going to school/work) and come out within an hour or two to start her up again i have a weird start. key needs be held a little longer, rpms dont shoot up and fall like they do with a cold start, and when they do fall they fall to about 500 rpm then go back up to about 900 - then down - then up and so on for about 20 - 30 seconds until they finally settle around 800. now to day i was going to work from school and i was at a stop light and when it turn green the car stalled on take off and when i went to turn the key, you just hear starter. that went on till the light turned red and then she fired back up again with the same weird warm start.
i got to work and tried to pull the codes and there were none. keep in mind the motor only has about 600 miles on it.
any ideas? fixes?

RE: warm start
keep in mind the motor is still breaking in and check this link out on how to solve idle issues:
http://www.muscularmustangs.com/maintain.php
When you start the car it is in open loop, the car is running on predetermined settings(timing, fuel pressure, etc.) until it reaches operating temp (180-200*) then it begins a closed loop which takes into consideration o2 sensors, EGR system, MAF sensor, etc.

RE: warm start
the weird thing is that this only started happening basically after i put the stock Hpipe back on. and no i'm using one of these hand held autozone ford readers and haven't done a KOER just the KOEO. can i do the KOER with the hand held reader or do i have to the the jumper and count the pulses off of a volt meter bs?

RE: warm start
ok i found the code/meaning/problem
12
KOER
System cannot raise engine speed
Check the IAC valve. It may be stuck or sticking.
45
KOER
Thermactor air flow is always upstream
Related Thermactor switch is bad or vacuum leak in related vacuum lines.
94
KOER
Thermactor Air System problem on right bank
Air passages for Thermactor Air System on the right side is clogged or right EGO is going bad.
i already figured i had a bad/clogged IAC so i understand what code 12 means but can anyone help me out with what "
Thermactor air flow is always upstream" means or what a Thermactor air is? and would i make sense that code 44 would cause 94 or am i wrong for thinking that?
