need advice on tf upper bolts

need advice on tf upper bolts
firstly, the bolts underneath the intake are impossible to torque down since the intake gets in the way, what tools should i go buy to get this done, i believe its a 12 sided 9 mm
and what tool do i need for the two top bolts, i dont recognize them as any socket i own

um for the black nuts i used a 3/8 12 point wrench, and for the long bolts in the center i used a 12 point 5/16 socket. I agree it is pretty much impossible to get a socket and effectively torque the black nuts on the driver side. I just got them as tight as i could.
