Question, the casting number isnt C5OE-A is it? Cause if it is, sell them, they're 289 hi-po's, those are the revised hi-po's that came out in64. They got bigger intake valves (1.78), still nothing you want on your 302.

As Adder said...just get some GT40's...they'll go right onto your 302, no mods neccessary as long as theyre not the P heads. You'd be happier with those. You can get a set for about $200-$400 assembled and ready to go.

The only 351 heads that are worth a sh*t are the 69-74's. They're the 'origional GT40's' if you can call them that.

wow, someone seems to be in a great mood. No need to get all pissy!!!
im not in a bad mood... i just hate when people ask questions and dont get the answer they are looking for... they shut down and act retarded. I looked at the casting numbers you gave and told you that you would be better off with GT-40 heads.... whats so hard to understand about that.

everyone always looks for the cheap way out, but nobody ever realizes that the cheap way out usually ****s them over

I did not see the "A" i will check and relay that message to my dad. Where can I get a set of GT-40 heads for 200-400 dollars? Do you happen to know the casting number on the 69-74 351 heads?
