well I was thinkin about changing my maf to a 75mm a while back with a 70mm TB. Someone told me to go ahead and get the 19lb maf anf if I get new 24lb injectors later after my H/C/I swap that I wouldn't need a new maf, just too take to get it dynod and they could tune it to match up. Just saying what I've heard.

No you do not... you guys have no clue what you are talking about.
It is always a good idea to upgrade your MAF to one that will read better at higher flow rates, but you do not have to get a MAF that is calibrated. Infact, you are better off NOT buying a calibrated MAF, and letting a dyno-tuner adjust the values in your ECM instead.
