Default fuel line question

Hey I was wondering is it a good idea to upgrade my 5/16 stock line? Im going to be running just a stock block with a F303 cam, ported Edelbrock heads, etc.. nothing too extreme. My line is a bit rusted, but a guy told me its just surface rust, not to worry and the stock line is good for up to 600 horses, being fuel injection as long as I upgrade my injectors, mass air, and actual inline pump.

*keep in mind I just rebuild the motor, and havent started it yet*

The other question is I have a 110 lph brand new pump, is this sufficient for my setup? Thanks

Default RE: fuel line question

As long as the fuel lines are structurally intact, there is no need to change them out. You are not running anywhere near full capacity on those lines with a non-FI motor!
