190 and 30's are fine
that looks like 400 hp to me at most
i would definitely check it out well though, he seems to have an awful lot wrapped up in it for only wanting $3k out of it.
thats the only thing i would be concerned over. a running stock notch is worth more than $3k

well i check the site everyday and its been a re-post for months now. its always been 3 grand and for that much u know if it was worth it, someone sane would have bought it by now...
that teal notch has been a re-post but ive it in person and its a VERY clean car. no bs like the other guy either.
anyway goodluck whatever way u go. if u see another car just post it here and we can all check it out.

you never know, maybe someone is afraid of not being smog legal ?
i got my first notch for a steal ($3200 in 1995 w/ 68k on it, bone stock for an '89), and to be honest a got a pretty good deal on this one in my sig too. '93 paid $5800 2 summers ago.
