i have the same problem. slamming it doesn't do any good. I have to shut it, and then push down on it really hard, and it closes.

I got that problem too I just leave it open. The downforce the spoiler creates keeps the hatch closed even over bumps so it dont bother me and my hatch release button is broken anyway so its just more convienient now that it dont close

yea mine is just left open... looks closed, but you can just lift it right up, lol... im gonna fix it tm in class
