what can i find cleavland heads on and what kind of power can i expect

not sure on what model but they were during the 1970 to 1982. If im not mistaken. After 1979 they stopped puting them in cars. 1982 was the last year on ford trucks. Not sure of the kinda power you can get from them ive heard alot but also i hear you cant just install them on a windsor theres a sh** load you have to do to make them wrk.
