Default Power steering delete??

I'm just curious, not doing it my self but I just wanted know if there was any good out of deleteing the power steering or if any one here has done it?

I have on mine. But I have an older V-belt setup off a '75 302 and plugged the rack. I need to find a manual rack but I'm too lazy.
