My water temp gauge sky rockets to like 250deg when i turn my headlights on. Even if I turn the running lights it will do it. I turn them off, gauge goes down to about half/ OR in normal on the stock gauge? Ideas

Did this problem happen right after this install? If so, I'd start looking around at how it's wired.

sounds to me like you used the parking lights wiring to power the control box for the fan, and somehow it's wrong....
