Dip stick tube Q

My dip stick tube got bent up while putting on my headers. I have bought a new one, but I don't know how to get the old one off. Does anybody have a suggestion?

Get under the car and pound it out with a chisel and have someone else pull on it while you pound it out

no bolts, just twist it around and yank it out, make sure you put a small bead of rtv around the seat of the new one and let it dry before you run the motor
