auto to t-5 with engine swap

ok im getting a 89 5.0 vert with an auto thats swaping into the 4 cyl and
my 4 cyl is a t-5 which i want to use

I know i need a bellhousing and a flywheel. Is there anything else?

adapter pilot bearing off of ebay etc i believe its actually a pontiac part number? v8 clutch cable also

what is a adapter pilot bearing?

and i hear i can get one for only $5 or sumthing like tht at any parts store.

the 4cylinder input is smaller and needs a different bearing than a v8 tranny if u can find the part number sorry i dont know it? just pick it up at a parts store

and is the auto flywheel the same as the 5 speed?

no the auto uses a flexplate the manual use a flywheel gotta have a 157tooth 50oz balance flywheel

92Mustanglx, check the stickys for the aod to t5 swap. i know your not doing it but it has a list of all the parts you'll need. maybe that could give you some help.
